The Public Transport Council (PTC) regulates transport fares and ticket payment services, and ensures a quality and affordable public transport system for the people of Singapore. Part of this includes conducting a yearly Fare Review Exercise, to ensure that public transport fares keep up with changing costs while remaining fair and affordable for commuters.
Gosh worked with PTC on the 2019 Fare Review Exercise, adopting an infographic approach to inform and educate the public about who will be affected, what fare changes to expect, the how's and why's of the fare review, and when the changes will take effect.
