GovTech, or the Government Technology Agency of Singapore, is the driving force of digital transformation for Singapore's whole of government.They use the best and latest info-comm and engineering technologies to make a difference to the everyday lives of the people in Singapore.
Gosh was excited to work with GovTech on its employer branding campaign, to help the agency reach out to people who share GovTech's passion about developing meaningful solutions for public good. Check out the campaign below!
Stage 1 of the campaign focused on the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), "Advance Our Mission. Shape Your Future."
It featured four graphic elements, which became the cornerstone messages behind GovTech's employer branding campaign:
Heart - representing the passion and drive to turn good into great
Hand - representing the ability to define and guide the next generation
Eye - representing the foresight to visualise and realise all possibilities
Brain - representing the know-how to embrace and drive change
The campaign was launched across GovTech's various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.
Phase 1 focused on underscoring GovTech's Employee Value Proposition.

Phase 2 showcased GovTech's 5 Capability Centres - Application Design and Development, Cybersecurity, Government ICT Infrastructure, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, and Sensors and Internet of Things. Here, we appealed to people from different fields of technology, inviting them to explore the exciting facets of tech and how they can enhance the way people work and live in Singapore.
We followed this with a feature of 6 GovTechies and their stories of personal growth, career development and how working at GovTech afforded them a sense of accomplishment and fulfilment, knowing that they have a direct hand in transforming Singapore government and impacting people's lives for the better.
